One of the biggest problems we all face is stress and fear. When we fail to identify and treat our own stresses and fears it soon begins to manifest into physical issues that cause problems in day to day life.
Join us for a 2.5 hour session where we will study breathing and movement to counter, harness and better control these emotions and recognize the physical effects on the body.
Develop new skills to help maintain overall calmness, manage stress and develop resilience.
No martial arts or contact – Just breath and movement
Suitable for men and women of all ages.
Bring a yoga mat, water and towel.
