We are pleased to offer our health workshops in an online format via Zoom.
This class will focus on the fundamental pillar exercises and breath work of Systema.
These exercises are used to develop health and well being, increase range of movement and promote healthy joints and connective tissue.
As this requires no experience and is suitable for all ages we strongly encourage that your family join you!
Join us for a 1.5 hour session from the comfort of your home to learn how to use your breath to rejuvenate and restore your mind and body and develop skills to aid in the day to day management of stress and tension.
No martial arts – Just breath and movement
Class will include a Q&A session at conclusion.
