Our Systema Youth and Family Class offers a unique opportunity for families to connect, move, and develop valuable life skills—all while having fun!
Designed for children aged 4 – 14 and their parents, this class uses dynamic games and exercises to teach self-defense skills naturally and indirectly.

What Makes This Class Special?

Rather than focusing on formal techniques or rigid drills, we teach self-defense through playful and engaging activities. Kids and parents alike will develop essential skills such as awareness, movement, and adaptability in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Who Can Join?

This class is perfect for kids and their parents, as well as siblings.

Children aged 3 – 7 require a parent to participate
Aged 7 – 15 parent/guardian participation optional

Whether you’re new to martial arts or already have some experience, this is a great way for the whole family to train together.

Location: Stomping Ground Studios, 9 Stepney Street, Stepney

Day & Time: Tuesdays 5pm – 6pm

Term 1 begins Tuesday February 4th
